All bookings made with Spa Villas are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Payment of the rental constitutes the guests’ acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons who will be staying at the property.
To maintain a good standard for our guests, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our properties, however the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. The price charged for accommodation is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional fees charged.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed to in writing or email. A fee of $100 per guest will apply for excess guests not agreed with us in advance. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 3pm at the earliest, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Early check-in can be arranged by contacting us between 9am and 11am on the day of arrival, however it is not always available. If your villa is available for early check-in, a fee of $50 per hour prior to 3pm will be applicable. Early check-in is only available to guests who have booked with us directly and not via one of our booking channel partners (Booking.com, Expedia, etc).
Check-out time is 12pm midday at the latest, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out can be arranged by contacting us between 9am and 11am on the day of departure, however it is not always available. If your villa is available for late check-out, a fee of $50 per hour past 12pm midday will be applicable. A fee of $75 per hour will be charged where guests choose to stay beyond 12pm midday and have not pre-arranged late check-out. Upon departure, the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Any damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay. We reserve the right to use existing payment facilities to compensate for damage, breakages, theft and loss or any excess cleaning costs or costs incurred as a result of the guests’ actions. The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
All products/services purchased by guests through Spa Villas (including alternate accommodation and items listed on www.spavillas.com.au/special-extras) are wholly provided by their relevant supplier, and guests are required to familiarise themselves with relevant restrictions and/or warranties prior to purchasing. Spa Villas takes no responsibility for any part of said products/services.
In lieu of charging a security deposit when guests check in, we retain guest’s credit card information in a secure payment facility should any further charges be required. You are required to provide us with a valid credit card before the check-in date in the event the current credit card we have on file is not valid (eg. due to to expiry or insufficient funds). If you do not wish to provide us with a current credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposit we may have taken to secure your booking.
Disturbance to our neighbours or other guests, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
All our accommodation is non-smoking. Guests are permitted to smoke in outdoor areas as long as it does not disturb other guests. If guests are found to have smoked inside a villa, then a cleaning fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed. If guests are found to have had pets inside a villa, then a cleaning fee will be charged.
You are responsible for your actions while connected to our network. If you act recklessly, irresponsibly, illegally, if your actions inhibit the use of the network by others, or your actions endanger others or the integrity or security of our network, systems or equipment, your access may be restricted, suspended or terminated without prior notice and your details may be shared with relevant authorities. We are not responsible for any loss or damage experienced while connected to our network.
We reserve the right to revoke any special offer at any time. Promotional codes may only be used by parties that qualify to use them and bookings may be cancelled where it is deemed by us that the individual booking does not qualify.
A voucher may only be used by the originally intended recipients named on the voucher. Vouchers may only be used once, and must be used within 12 months of being ordered. Selling vouchers to another party is not allowed, and in the event a voucher has been sold to another party (i.e. not the intended recipient of the voucher), we hold the right to cancel the subsequent booking. Vouchers are considered the same as normal bookings and thus are subject to the same terms and conditions. Vouchers that are lost will not be replaced. No part of a voucher may be redeemed for cash.
Elm Studio and Birch Studio are individual studios separate from any other accommodation, Oak Studio is a semi-detached apartment connected to the neighbouring apartment.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and they remain applicable to past, existing and future bookings. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with us in writing.
